If China makes unsubstantiated claims, it only serves to undermine its own credibility. Just look at what a laughing stock the American government has made itself into despite the full backing of the western MSM to support its narrative.

It is really ironic that these days America is descending into NK propaganda like hyperbole while it is China who is heeding the advice of Roosevelt in letting its national power do its talking rather than lower itself with meaningless smack talk.
That means even if China is 99% sure that COVID was an American bioweapon, it cannot publicly say so officially, because to do so would be tantamount to revealing that America had carried out an act of war biological attack against China. So how does that make China look if China doesn’t respond accordingly?
That is the dilemma China is caught in. Even if it presented cast iron concrete proof, half the western world will still outright refuse to believe it. And the WHO will be crippled by western active sabotage and cannot draw any official conclusions. So unless China wants to go to war with America, it cannot hope to bring America to justice, and all it will achieve in revealing such evidence is damage its own credibility in both having half the western world think it is shit smearing like Jai Hinds for those who don’t believe China, and make it clear that China will not respond in kind to a biological attack to those who do believe in China’s case. It’s a loose loose, so it’s better to not force oneself into that corner.
