While true, the Russian record for pronunciations about the Felon have not been great. I'm open to the idea the Russians might take delivery of 4, but I am very, very skeptical.
But we need more of these pretty lady flying , they are so nice looking ! Not enough engine to put in or it's just industrial technicality ?

Having been an aviation fan during the 90s, yes, more, please!

(oh gawd, I'm getting old)

Scaling up something seems to be the issue. Money is probably also a serious factor.

I still think China should buy ~48 of these to accomplish several strategic goals:
1) Help keep Russia’s advanced aircraft development viable
2) Gain more insight into airframe evolution
3) Force India into the abyss of the F-35 (or would India actually follow China in a purchase of the same 5th gen platform)
4) Gain access to a platform that may potentially be used by regional opposing forces

Russia is still in the process of setting up the production line for this aircraft so it would not be surprising if there were delays. But I think it is still too early to know the numbers of delivered aircraft at this time. We have pictures of them working on two aircraft at once, so at least two will be delivered this year.

At least three Su-57 spotted in the final assembly line.

Interview with Yuri Borissov at KnAAZ. You can see the assembly line behind him.

No! Three more on the production line is confirmed - but that was expected and as such it is not surprising - but the question remains,
will those three airframes be finalised by the end of this year and handed over? That IS the question, which is not confirmed yet.

They say 2 will be delivered this year. Which is not a bad progress considering Russia has worst covid crisis in the world. However in the video we see no person wearing a mask so maybe they aren't concerned about it.

We are still in the middle of the year. I see no reason why they can't finish the assembly of these aircraft in time.
The engines are a known quantity and they already make quite a lot of them with much same technology for the Su-35 also on production at same plant. You can see Su-35 in the foreground. Once available Su-35 orders are finished I expect the plant to switch fully to Su-57 production. Unless there is some sort of component shortage there is no reason to continue Su-35 production with Su-57 available.
