Indeed, the prime objective of the trump tariffs and trade war was for a Plaza Accord 2.0 with anglo companies being able to pillage China and her patents at will. That's why they got Lighthizer on the case, and a retard like Navarro.

The fact that china had to compromise with the more 'china friendly' merchant class of the US might seem like a win of sorts for the monied classes, but these monied classes have no loyalty to america and are true globalists, they will seek only that which will further enrich them.

Japan agreed to the Plaza Accord.

China, hard to say what they actually agreed to?

That is why it was so funny!

I still really miss Trump.

I don't see how this helps anyone in need. It's infuriating to be told we have to work as cheaply as possible and that it's just the free market, then see other countries get tariffs for their labor being too cheap.

Oh look, another money tree

Man Democrats are really the party of "spend, spend, spend" and they also love to "tax, tax, tax"

Lets hope that the Digital Yuan comes online ASAP so that the green buck can go where it belongs, into the garbage bin

That's going to take a while before assumed digital yuan becomes accepted for trade. I can see many nations doing so but certainly no western ones will anytime soon at least.

Also digital yuan shouldn't have much effect on how the government in China behaves in terms of investing into the US and continuing to support its financial institutions. If this was to be an immediate part of Chinese strategy on attacking the US, it isn't even a suitable tool for that.

Digital yuan is not a crypto or de-centralised currency. It never was made to be one, designed to act as one with the same function paths, or intended to act like one in de-stabilising establishments. Digital yuan has no intention or bearing on Chinese strategy against the US outside of facilitating trades using this payment that the US government may not be so in favour of.

Digital Yuan is merely the first step. And China is already researching along with some other countries the feasibility of doing trade in their own digital currencies (huge implications)

And lets not forget the currency swaps that China has started doing with other countries.

These are just the first steps. Expect a lot on phasing out the dollar

The China-Russia trade is good indication on how China will remove the dollars, Euro remains a challenge though

Leta hope that EU starts using Euro sanctions so that China can start removing it too

The problem with the anglos trying to copy China's playbook is that china's playbook only works for China.

anglos trying to do 'state capitalism' are going to fail because Chinese state capitalism mobilises the entire society to achieve goals as the semiconductor industries and Huawei can testify. Anglo society can't even agree on genders, let alone scientific evolution; what chance do they have in competing against china?

State capitalism in anglosphere tends to become pork barreling and corruption with massive cost overlays and little to no results; that's why the anglo leadership are keen to mobilise their own society for a Race War, as they believe it'll be akin to Sputnik forcing americans to work together to get a man on the moon.

Biden's proposal would put the nation on track for its highest sustained level of spending since World War II.
From Sleepy Joe to Super Rich Joe

Amazing what one election can bring to a country. Free money were printed, free were given to people, and free money will be spent for another decade

Its just too easy, elect Democrats and get Free money.

I've come to appreciate how the Chinese government operates a lot more. At this point the "freedom" America offers seems to just be the freedom to have a much higher chance of being impoverished for a very slightly higher chance of being rich, and almost nothing in between.

Biden is what 80? He wont even survive that long to see the consequences of his reckless spending. No wonder the word "fiscal discipline" doesn't exist in his dictionary.
