That's Modi media which most of them are white worshipping c..ts. I never expected those clowns to be introspective or reassess their actual standing with open eyes and open mind. That's too much for anyone here or anyone outside of India to expect most of those people to show a non Jai Hind level of rational thinking.
If I was a part of the CPC I would have frankly advised the President to let those people in India croak for all I care because we know most of the people there are brainwashed by their Jai Hind government led by a tea seller with a penchant for dramatic oratory bollywood style which sends the public into a frenzy as if their Hindu God is speaking in front of them. Which all I can say is thank goodness am not part of the government and the CPC leadership have the strategic patience that are much needed at this critical juncture. Indians need help regardless if most of them are despicable and undeserving.
I realize you're speaking out of frustration, but if you look at the situation with cold logic, you will see that China is doing the right play.
First of all, no disease is going to wipe out a population, or even seriously hamper the security power of a nation. The laws of biology prevents it from happening. Therefore, India will still be around after covid.
Second, what China does is not just for the benefit of India. By helping India during a crisis, China cements it's leadership role to other countries in SE Asia. India and China are really the only two countries of importance in SEA, and now the rest of SEA countries are watching China supply critical equipment to a floundering India. The diplomatic value of this cannot be overstated.
Third, China it's not giving away those supplies. By offering help while the US dithered, it pressured the US into helping India as well. Now guess where US is getting the supplies to help India? Hint, they're not making it themselves!
So by making a big show of helping India, and with a little help from Modi who foolishly declined the help, the Chinese industries are making a killing on both fronts: from the private Indian sectors *and* from the US. Why have one customer when you can have two?
I'm certain the US is well aware of that last point, which is why it was reluctant to pledge any help at first.
