The old traditional diplomats are still in charge of Chinese foreign policies. They are old dinosaurs that believe in win win. Sooner or later, the younger generation would move away from this approach and realize that not everything can be win win.
Especially given most of the UK "exports" are manufactured by AstraZenica a British Swedish company with plants in Europe. They were fulfilling contracts signed with the British government.
Its only because of Brexit that they are counted as exports. 2 years ago they would not have been counted as exports at all.
Seems like China has sent the most supply to India. All figures from Chinese custom. While Indian media and Indian politicians are not saying anything, it is good that Chinese diplomats make themselves busy with facts that can sway the Indian public.

Every single medical equipment, oxygen tank, vaccine packaging should have the Chinese flag on it or the insignia of the PLA on it so that indians know who's saving their lives.

If they did that, the moment they land, Indians will spend the next 5 days trying to scratch off the flag and then blame China for a defective product.
Or if they didn't, the people in hospitals would refuse service and rather die.

I'm genuinely impressed by the generosity of the Chinese government. For the past year the internet has been saturated with the most vitriolic anti Chinese racism from India. Comments about China virus, bat soup, some of the worst slurs I've come across have all come the keyboards of Indians. I'm not surprised by American racism - they were founded on white supremacy and still have a cold war mentality against communism. Whats the story with Indians?

China's generosity acts as a gesture of good faith for those in India who would rather go back to a NAM and neutrality with China eg the Manmohan Singh/90s era India.
If something can be done to neutralise India as an anglo sepoy, then it should be done.
If however, it is determined that being a cuck for the anglos is a bipartisan issue, then all bets are off.
You saw this with the incoming biden administration, when it was clear that the china containment policy wasn't jut coming from the republican red guards like cotton and pompeo, but also done with the blessing of the deep state in the democrat party, then China would most certainly counter-attack.
