It is a dilemma, on the one hand you have a neighbor whose house is burning and if the fire not put down it will burn the whole town, on the other hand you know the neighbor will stab you in the near future. The only thing you can do is to make a FAT profit upfront for every bucket of water you give.

Nope, you let your neighbor's house get burn down to the point that he has barely the room for subsistence.

You gotta wait until it's literally life or death, in which case, your neighbor will be reminded of how you saved his life and not how you somewhat helped him kept his 15th bedroom in a 16 bed room house.

This way, he will be more grateful, but in the off chance he is not, he will be digging up your trash on trash days for years, for scraps.

No its not the garbage test but rather Indians being the disingenuous frauds they are . Do you know what Indian passengers are doing here? They're simply editing/photoshopping test reports and showing themselves as negative. As there is no mechanism to confirm the veracity of these reports, airlines accept it at face value.

Article also (correctly) lists fraudulent cards as a likely cause as well. Knowingly sick people or people just trying to escape the horrors back home may try anything they can. Just needs one person to slip through the quarantine and with this new virus we could be looking at Wuhan again ugh.
