Will they begin a new batch of Type 075 or will they wait until the Type 075A is ready?

We don't know exactly. After the two 075 are done, these dry docks are going to be filled with Type 054A for construction. After that these drydocks are headed for retirement and maybe sold to real estate developers. Whatever new construction, whether its 075, 075A or 076, its going to be in Changxing island, in the new HDZ facility there, which is built right next to Jiangnan Shipyard. You are going to have to rely on "airline" recon for further OSINT.

Regarding the relocation of Hudong shipyard to Changxing island............have we seen how far along this relocation has got upto?........ie is it in early stages, or nearly complete?........I presume the PLAN will want to have the 075's continue construction a.s.s.p, as they are supposed to have another 5 in the works, or completed by 2025.....excuse me if this discussion has been made here earlier.

You would expect the news would report something like "055 Destroyer," "094 ballistic nuclear submarine," "075 amphibious assault ship." Particularly 31 Hainan is the first of its type, you would expect something like "31 Hainan is our country's first amphibious assault ship" etc. These are all for normal practice of news reporting. Yet if you listen to the CCTV news, PLAN commissioned a 031 ship, a 105 ship, and a 18 艇 (there is no equivalent one-to-one translation for this word in English, it could be submarine or a fast boat). They even didn't want to utter the word "submarine."

Now, obviously it's not because they wanted to hide the types of the ships since they're quite clear from the video. It also has nothing to do with whether "we know or not here at SDF."
Not an important subject anyway, but I would not expect the news talking about types based on PLA's past record. So I think it is a personal expectation rather than a matter that PLA or CCTV has to bother.

I raised it as something unusual because this was not how the similar news were announced in the past, and also because this time the occasion was extraordinarily unusual and sensitive so the news was highly scripted.

I don't have a good explanation though. Dismissing it as strictly my personal experience is a bit of your personal opinion, I have to say, because of the objective reasons I laid out above and previously.

We should stop here on this subject. I'm surprised we've even gone so far.

Its already on its way. You know how fast things are constructed in China. China Speed.

I would presume that the Type 075 is the max in size that can be built in the old shipyards at the Huangpu River. The 076 or an expanded 075A would best be built in Changxing. Another advantage is that you can share the same labor pool with Jiangnan and Waigaoquiao.

Not to mention that river is getting too small and crowded. You do not want a brand new big ship to navigate there with dozens of small ships.

A cool video with English subtitle via Samsara
Interpreting the location and meaning of the three ships of the People’s Liberation Army entering the ceremony, CCTV exposed multiple video details for the first time to reveal the mystery, the first ship of 075 missed "Taiwan", the end of the credits The 151 Zhengzhou ship is 052C. Construction started on December 16, 2008, and entered service on December 26, 2013. It belongs to the East China Sea Fleet. The 120 Chengdu ship is 052D, which entered service on August 1, 2019, and belongs to the Navy of the Northern Theater

Two interesting screen grabs. You can see the forward deck elevator being used to lift a Z-8 from the hangar below.
