Good, it seems that George Chang has succeeded in confusing the USA as to whether China is threat or a mule. But still really, in the next few years, the world isn’t going to really care about the USA anymore because really what do those race haters bring to the world anyway

Many Han Chinese and other minorities in many rural area were able to eradicate extreme poverty by embracing changes. Maybe from Westerners' prospective, being poor and staying poor is called retaining one's culture. However, for most people they want to live a better life and a modern life. Living in a extreme poor rural regions with no sanitation, forcing to marry as teenagers, having difficult to feed your family are not what people should strike for.

It is all out propaganda war from 5 eyes.

I just found the original video BBC was talking about, with Buzaynap:

And here Buzaynap is in 2019 returning home from her slave labour for the Spring Festival. She's used her earnings to buy 6 lambs and 1 donkey for her family.

Sadly, according to BBC:
It was to this factory that Buzaynap, featured in the state-TV report, was sent.

When the BBC visited, the separate, five-story Uighur dormitory showed few signs of habitation apart from a pair of shoes placed by an open window.

At the gate, the security guard said that the Uighur workers "have gone back home," adding that it was because of the country's Covid controls, and in a statement Huafu told us that, "the company does not currently employ Xinjiang workers."

This means that, thanks to American sanctions, Buzaynap is now UNEMPLOYED. Thanks America!

This is the first time I've seen a "head of state publicly selling a product that China has 'sanctioned' lol

Well if you don't fxxk with your best customer, you won't have to turn into a pineapple salesman! Lol

It was not an effort by the mainland to purposefully sanction the Taiwanese pineapple industry. There were legit quality control problems and the mainland usually resolve them by reaching out to Taiwan. This time the Taiwanese side showed bad attitude and mainland just took their bluff, that’s all.

Yes I'm aware of that. Which is why I quoted 'sanctions'. But the western MSM is equating to 'sanctions'.

But even if not sanction, the way the English vegetable is behaving towards China, is not conducive to a cordial entente. Is it?
