I'm only superficially reading about this so maybe it's something I haven't read more deeper but this whole Facebook vs Australia thing sounds nuts. First I thought it was about Facebook just copying and pasting news media articles on their news platform which I can see why someone would want money for that. But now I'm hearing Australia wants money just for posting links to news articles from there and not just Facebook doing it but users doing the linking. I hate it when there's a link to a story and it ends up being a paywall before you can read it. Do they want money for that too? I seem to come across a lot of paywalls with Australian news. It's not like they're losing money because someone has to have paid for the subscription before you can read it. If that's the case that's crazy but then remember that EU scheme where they wanted to charge foreign airlines a tax for pollution but it wasn't just foreign airlines flying over European airspace. It was also flying over anywhere never even entering European airspace at all.
The second half of the article shows much misunderstandings or misinformation on China.

I wonder if Alexei Navalny became leader of Russia what would his policy be towards China? Is he going all in on the West. Russia and China are supposedly building a moon base together. What would happen if Navalny took over Russia? Would he do what the West tells him? That's a concern if China gets involved in a deep relation with Russia.
Xinjiang will be in jeopardy.
