Of course. It should be a lot more advanced electronically. If the KJ-500 specs are any indication it should have AESA radar.
upgrade KLC-7 from CETC. but what AESA is unknown - new generation? (more than KJ-500?)

China's been using its own phased array radars on AEWC/AWACS since 2003. Being the latest AEWC, the unit on the KJ-600 could only be an improvement in phased array technology over the other AEWC radars from KJ-2000 to KJ-500 to KJ-200 and the Y variants of AEWC, SIGINT, and EW planes.

There is some discussion, this image might be a blurred CG only and not a real image?

What do you think?

well, considering the possible CG image is blurred - there is no way to tell. Sadly, we'll simply have to wait until multiple clear images from several angles emerge before being sure we're looking at a real thing.

The structural configuration and planform of the E-2 family have been out in the open for years now, it's not exactly something which requires espionage to attain.

There are certain characteristics for an aircraft to be a reverse engineered product, in particular having identical key dimensions. I'd be interested to see if H-600 has a similar or different fuselage geometry (length, diameter etc), not to mention control surfaces, and landing gear. If those are different, coupled with the obviously different engines, then what you have is basically an entirely different aircraft despite what seems like some barn door "similarities" like 737 and A320.
You cannot force yourself in engineering to be creative in design like in fashion just to look differrent... The aerodynamic design is proved and sound...

It's always a case of form and function... if you search for the same function you will have more or less the same form, with some local tweaking. Like you said, it's a totally different plane inside and outside but with the same function and general layout.

That airframe is such a close copy of the American one I can actually believe the design was lifted from industrial espionage. Sure it saves time and money to not reinvent the wheel and that design clearly works for carriers with the general layout basically confirmed by the Soviets/Russians. But I think the almost 1:1 airframe (internals and equipment obviously different) does indicate that the US industry/military surely has some leaks.

It is like Z-20, sure overall it looks very similar but every detail is different so... no it is probably just inspiration not espionage.

The OP has now admitted it's a blurred CG. He said, "我这是CG钓鱼图", meaning "this image of mine is a CG designed to get clicks".

P.S. I've noticed lately a trend of blurring and/or reducing the quality of CG images to fool observers into thinking they are looking at genuine articles. I don't like this at all.

It'll ultimately be a self-defeating practice, as people will come to regard any blurred image as CG until proven genuine - thus denying the author the recognition he was after.
