What exactly does the slogan on red say? Is that supposed to be an inspiring work message?

There are two 052D in the picture on the left. The other 052D is blocked by the Type 051B Shenzhen. The 2nd Destroyer Division stationed at Zhanjiang only has one commissioned 052D and that is 161 Hohhot. The second 052D should be an uncommissioned ship, and given the base, it should be 162 Nanning. This is an extended version.

This makes me wonder if this is the same ship that was sighted in Sanya, or is there another uncommissioned 052DL in the SCS?

Only one, and soon two, 052D is charged to help protect a large amphibious assault fleet of at least four 071, soon one Type 075, a large auxiliary fleet that includes one Type 901 AOE, elint ships, hospital ships, deep sea tug, sonar surveillance ships and so on. The rest of the 2nd Destroyer Division is old, namely the refitted 167 Shenzhen, inactive 168 Guangzhou in MLU which is 052B, and the 169 Wuhan, also a 052B.

Three more 052DL are slated to come to the 2nd:
163 Kaifeng
164 Guilin
165 Zhanjiang

I mistook the ship on the far right to be a Type 919 hospital ship, its a Type 920.

A stupid question. Why are there dark smoke marks? I would imagine these missiles are fired only once in their lifetime... And a cold launch means the missile hasn't even been fired yet at the point when this photo was taken...
