As everyone in Beijing leadership circles knows, the failure to move to a consumption-based economy risks a debt crisis and a debt crisis risks the banks.— Gordon Chang

US is a consumption based economy, and look at its debt. Production economy (China) is a true economy.

China's PR capability is worse than Uganda, Rwanda & quite possibly even south sudan.

That's not how you refute chang.

You publish your own article stating the fatal cracks & divides in US society, human rights issues about black & natives, then you state your "in depth analysis" & worry about how long the unity of The United States can hold in case of Civil War 2 on face of a unsustainable economy based of paper money printing, adult entertainment coupled with a population who are more prone to "work from home". Followed by your conclusion, why & how The United States must be fixed & reformed permanently.

A free black democracy in North America, symbol of Black Freedom. Free from commandment of The White House.

Isn't that wonderful?

China's PR/reputation is so bad that it can only improve from this point on.

That guy isn’t all that bright is he. A consumption based economy is the one that leads to debt given all that spending that is done, especially with all the credit cards being used by the typical USA citizen that needs to go into debt just to consume goods so honestly if something like this pandemic comes along and decides to stay for a long period of time, well you would have to print a lot of money to keep the people alive, which ends up creating more debt

I believe Chinese government already stockpile a year worth of grain and maybe some meat. Do you like the taste of old rice?

There are multiple ways to starve China. US can issue tons of fiat money to buy up all the grains on the market. US can sanction anyone who sells grains to China. US can sponsor (behind the scenes) pirates to halt Chinese shipping. Are you gonna nuke the US for that?

Yes, absolutely, without hesitation. If the chinese can't eat, neither can the americans.

I aint holding my hopes too high in that regard

It can't get much worse that's for sure. Chinese reputation/PR will forever be handicapped by skin color though.

That's why my proposal is to be more open on trade/business and progress faster so that PR stuff is irrelevant. They will respect China for industrial, technological, and financial prowess.

I'd rather be respected on a solid foundation than be patronized like they do with India.

China is fighting the fight that every Asian American fights. The systemic racism. The bamboo ceiling.

Now seems to be a good time to recruit/re-home Chinese that grew up/worked multinationals in the west with a native command of the language to be the English PR front.

I don't believe land transport can ship enough food. Anyways, other countries will raise their prices if China is starving, like Turkmenistan had some unscheduled maintenance on their gas pipelines when China was starving for natural gas a few winters ago
No problem China has enough money for that, and if China has the will, it can ship enough food via land transport especially in times of war when the matter is urgent, and one of main purpose of BRI is to lessen China dependency on sea routes and when BRI matures her dependency on sea borne transport will be reduced even further
And why do you think the us can easily blockade China especially near her own turf? This is no longer 1950 lol
