Maybe that's good enough but don't set unrealistic expectations. Without acceptance by western market, China tech product relying on domestic market and some others third world areas will limit China GDP per capita upper ceiling to less than $20,000. Maybe that's good enough.

$20,000 is certainly good enough a ceiling for now (not that it means anything because it's just a number you randomly made up) since China's not expected to breach $20,000 GDP per capita for quite some time. And it would be foolish to assume that China's influence by then is the same as it is by now. Currently, the idea of Chinese global champions in technology is quite fresh and jarring for Western nations that used to dominate in those sectors. In time, reality will set in and they will come to realize that that is the new norm and they can either come onboard or be left behind in tech.

South Korean has all the equipments but got sanctioned by Japan on chemicals for IC manufacturing. Even if China can make the equipments but they also need breakthrough on chemicals.
