And in mobile version, there should be an option to navigate to particular page i wanna visit. Right now it takes directly to end or start of the thread.

That would be the case in an ideal world. With lockdowns, economic meltdown people are even more emotional, which is understandable. However, we must not forget that to participate in discussions, we must do so with facts, back those facts up with recognized sources, and exercise extreme patience and emotional intelligence that we are interacting with another human, who has different opinion and outlook on issues than you. When you post a link to an article, do so with an understanding that author maybe using yesterdays information to churn out an article for today and that is how they get paid. Don't hold on to someone else's opinion in online blog/newspapper as if it is the Gospel. Post, share but be ready to accept alternative views, opposing or favoring your own. Purpose of this forum and having discussions is to come to a FULL understanding about the topic, from all sides and viewpoints.
ALL of us have same level of access to INFORMATION with the help of the internet. Research the story/info from multiple sources. We(myself, mods, members) have added advantage, we understand (if you don't then you should) what 5th and 6th+++ generation warfare is and what it does. How information/disinformation is used and misused. Don't count anything out.

The problem is that there are a bunch of recalcitrants who have no regard for rules. The simplest solution is no political threads. It is an existing forum rule for precisely the reason that eventually political threads are derailed because of the lack of self discipline by some members.

Why are we closing the thread when it’s just a few individuals who are causing the problems? As COVID19 continues to spread, more and more members are becoming directly affected and put at risk, as such I think it is wrong to keep locking the thread and potentially depriving members of up to date information and maybe even life saving advice. Would be much better to issue warnings and suspensions to individuals who seem determined to derail and close that threat because of political and nationalist ideology.
