Its been for a while that Dalian has been losing its rivalry with Jiangnan. Add the purge on CSIC, and its merger with CSSC, which is more of being absorbed into CSSC's as CSSC management takes over the combined CSG's reins. We will see how Dalian can improve in the near future after this merger.
