Questions regarding 002's whip antenna number

The following shows the starbord (right) side of 001 and 002. The number of whip antenna base is different for the two ships. (in the red boxes). 002 has five whip antenna bases, while 001 has two or three bases.

Here is the picture of 002's port (left) side, and her starboard (right) side. We can see she has only three whip antenna bases on the left side while the right side has at least four whip antenna bases. (in the red boxes).

Why does 002 have uneven whip antenna bases on her right and left sides at the bow?
Why does 002 have more whip antennas than 001?

Captain
Why 10 or 11 specifically?
Just my two cents. Being the first unit in double digit pennant number class (i.e. aircraft carrier, excluding training ships #81 to #89) PLANS Liaoning was a candidate for pennant number 10 but since it was not built in China, and also it was destined to be a testing platform and a training ship, pennant number 16 was selected instead. ( thus reserving #10 to #15 for next 6 ships)

The second aircraft carrier is the first domestic built, so it can rightly be given the pennant number 10, but then it is based on foreign designed hull ( CV 16) thus there might be argument that number 10 should be given to a totally domestic design hull i.e. third aircraft carrier in JNCX, aka ship 003 (or 002 as some prefers), thus number 11 instead of number 10 could be the chosen number for the second CV.

Again, pls note this is just my 2 ct.

High-resolution update. Some of these have been recently shared but were in lower resolution.

No, it's just a psed photo, a light joke from a poster.

10086 is a China telco SMS service number, like tele-marketing messaging type.
