Photos of a magnet still attached to the hull,
Released a report of preliminary analysis of debris that matches a Iranian Limpet.

Disregarding that is basically saying “The US is Lying about this”.
You either say okay the early report is weird but the US has produced evidence. Or you say the US is faking evidence, there by creating a Conspiracy to miss lead the world.
Based solely on a early report and personal opinion. Ergo a Conspiracy theory.

No, questioning a claim is not the same thing as making a claim to the contrary.

The video you posted shows a bunch of guys in a small boat beside a large ship, and then the small boat moves away.

That's it.

Whether they are Iranians or not is speculation.

Whether they are attaching or removing a mine from the large ship is speculation.

Whether the ship is the tanker that was damaged is speculation.

In fact, we don't even know when and where this video was shot.

What we do know, however, is that the eye witness accounts of the ship operators directly contradicts the US claim of a mine damaging the ship.

You chose to disregard this testimony and believe that the above video is evidence of Iran attacking the tanker. In fact, it is YOUR behavior that bears the hallmarks of a conspiracy theorist.

At 00:14 US drone took off from UAE in stealth mode & violated Iranian airspace. It was targeted at 04:05 at the coordinates (25°59'43"N 57°02'25"E) near Kouh-e Mobarak. We've retrieved sections of the US military drone in OUR territorial waters where it was shot down.

What is more pressing is attacks on commercial shipping which has started wars in the past. In fact Iran took a beating after doing this Thirty Year’s ago.
The Drone at best would be Icing on top.
What is shows is that Iran is more than willing to try and lash out at anything in the strait.

There is no evidence the tankers were attacked by Iran only fake news and I don't believe they would do such a thing

That was a Gulf of Tonkin type incident and no one in there international community is buying it

even members of the US congress aren't convinced

All you would need to do to know if it’s the same Ship is look at the hull markings.
But that doesn’t matter to you.
The USN has released the photos the reports.
And the rebuke?
A hearsay report from someone who is thousands of miles away and claims of Fake news and conspiracy to mislead the world and false flag. So far a case is being made evidence presented like a court case the prosecution has laid out a security camera video, forensics and thus far the Defence only produced hearsay that would be tossed by any Judge worth the robes, and Conspiracy <IE FAKE NEWS> rejection of the evidence and a claim of wanting war.

Oh Congress isn’t sold.. have they even been briefed yet? Is it individuals who even are involved or is it the usual suspects who are shocked by a garbage disposal?
