No, the Airbus Helicopters H-175, which was the Z-15 is now in China the AC352 which flew first on 19.12.2016.

Z-15 now disappeared from official materials as now it's called the AC352, which first flew in late 2016, think it's very likely remain as civilian model, as not even the Airbus Helicopters developed a military version for their H175 product line - just SAR version.

And navalised version of Z-20...that depends on where Z-20 is now at in terms of R&D cycle - if the Army Aviation / Air Force baseline variant has finished its R&D cycle and moved into serial production, logically they got the personnel freed up for further sub-variants or navalsed version. And of course we won't know....perhaps not until a mock-up spotted on the mockup carrier "deck", then we know how far they pushed the project onward.

Not holding my breath until a military prototype was spotted doing test flight.

Besides, H175 / Z-15 / AC352 is more a transport helicopter than potential dedicated military platform, there's a SAR variant in its lineup and I can see it operate in such role, or lesser dedicated air ambulance and utility transport, handy when operate from Type 056 corvette, but dedicated sub-hunter or missile launch platform? That's what the Z-20 born to be.

Firstly, no. Or maaaybe yes but lmao good luck, Sikorsky.

And secondly, the engines, gearbox, and transmission are different, there are no grounds on which they can sue except for external resemblance and overall configuration. Military helicopters are not consumer products so the weighting of aesthetic similarities in trade disputes is weak as they don't qualify as financially significant trademarks. Actual implementation of the detailed design features is of greater concern, and as mentioned before, the nitty gritty of the Z-20 is either newly designed or based on the foundation provided by the Z-10. You can even see the resemblance between their early Z-20 design displayed at 200X Zhuhai and the Z-10 in terms of the tail rotor, consisting of two unevenly spaced blade assemblies stacked on top of each other. They subsequently changed it to more resemble the S-70's tail rotor but we can clearly see that the Z-10 was their starting point for the internals of the Z-20. This is made even more obvious by the close mechanical similarity between the Z-10's and Z-20's main rotors and various actuators etc.

Tail rotor of 200X Zhuhai Z-20 model practically identical to Z-10's. It's even oriented completely vertically as opposed to being slanted like the current configuration.
