why a western style sailing ship and not a Chinese one? When the ship visits foreing ports like a lot of sail training ships do, one may create more interest. (utilising of soft power)

For sure. They should recreate a Zheng He treasure fleet ship with some modern conveniences.

The 7th (857) or 3rd x Type 815A was launched in 8th Sep 2017

That makes 851 to 856

857 should be commissioned this year

858 is the one which should be launched in coming days
