052C/052D Class Destroyers

That 5" gun is clearly not the same as this 5" gun. It's got nothing to do with caliber but rather the size of the turret.
wait, I thought the constrain here would be a barrel's length, not a turret's size ... note I said here (smaller hulls might have additional issues of 'top weight', 'magazine spaces', etc.) ... I now ate a beef stake with roasted potatoes LOL will try to check anyway

I may still edit what I said above, but I won't:

in the worst case of АК-130:
Калибр, мм: 130;
Длина ствола, мм/клб: 9100/70

the hull with
Beam: 16 m
would be way too narrow LOL!

interestingly,
АК-176

is only about four and a half meters barrel EDIT I of course meant 59*76.2 and rounded

if you want, post turrets' sizes

Barrel length won't be a constraint, but the size of the turret (and therefore top weight and bridge and possibly CIWS clearance) will definitely be a constraint. Besides, there is nothing wrong with using the 76mm gun for the 056/A and the 054A/B (and the 071), and using the 130mm gun for the 052C/D/E and the 055. Logistically both guns are widely used across the PLAN.

That A190 turret is certainly a lot smaller than the H/PJ38 turret. It just looks bigger due to the smaller size of the corvette. The Russians really do love to go full retar - I mean Russian, on their smaller ships.
