That aircraft is the J-20, is there a photo of the FC-31 on the video?
Another one at a slightly different angle.
The weapons bay appears to be almost as large as the main bay on J-20. Wonder if it is designed to accept the same munition.

They would have had the same specs as the CAC team did for the J20 from the PLAAF in terms of the size of the future weapons they would expect the stealths to be able to carry internally.
So they would be massively handicapping themselves if they designed a plane with a main bay to small for China’s next gen weapons mainstays.

I got to say that the new FC-31 is growing on me. Don’t hate me but I hated the first one and still do today. The second one, on the other hand, looks much more slick...
Not saying if my opinion even matters one bit to the Chinese. Just my feel.
Well, its a gorgeous airplane that deserves a lot more love than its getting,,, so for the FC-31 haters,,, they only hate it for two reasons, Shenyang, and it looks much to Western.
China now has two stealthy 5 gens, you tell me why it makes ANY sense, for any Chinese person to hate one of them, that's just "Foolish Pride"!
actually they hate them both, the J-20 because it flies with the AL-31FN,,,,
Really, I love the F-22, I wouldn't care if it had a Rolls Royce engine,,, seems to me that people ought to "grow up",, real life is always a series of compromises.
