Even if he qualifies for the Federal Death penalty he would still have the right to a lawyer.

Yes but the description of the crime makes a different in regards legal matters. If one is labeled as a foreign terrorists he/she will have less legal rights than say any deranged American citizen mass shooter. The Uzbek guy as bad as he is, the mayhem that he caused is far less than the Las Vegas shooter. BUT if the perpetrator of the LV shooter where to survive and go through the legal process he will NOT have to face a terrorist charge from the justice system rather a murder charges in instead. He'll most likely get the death penalty in the state of Nevada, but wouldn't have possibly go to a prison in Guantanamo Bay US Naval Base in Cuba.

That what my question was.... why the Uzbek guy goes to death penalty or Guantanamo & treated as Global Terrorist while the US guy will enjoy every benefit & for sure will not get death penalty, as he is labeled mentally ill person, though he killed 58 innocent people....

These are very aspects which creates hatred & bad guys uses such cases (Injustice/Dual Treatment) as a bench mark to motivate innocent people towards terrorism...

This needs to be changed....

This is quite serious and may have far reaching consequences in the ME and also the US.

At least 27 people were killed and 27 injured in a mass shooting at a Texas church this morning, a law enforcement official told ABC News.

The alleged shooter, who has not been identified, is dead, and there is no longer an active threat at the First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs, about 40 miles southeast of San Antonio, authorities said.

14-year-old girl among the victims
Among those killed at the white clapboard church was a 14-year-old girl named Annabelle Renee Pomeroy, according to her father, Frank Pomeroy, who is a pastor at the church.

Annabelle “was one very beautiful, special child,” Pomeroy told ABC News by phone.

Pomeroy said he was in Oklahoma this morning -- a rare weekend that he wasn't at the church.

The other victims are all close friends of his, he said.

'We heard several shots and we all started running'
A woman who said she works at a gas station across the street from the church told ABC News she heard rapid gunfire around 11:15 a.m.

Congregants fled the church and ran to the station cowering for cover, she said.

“We heard several shots and we all started running inside the store,” said the woman, who said she is 49 but declined to give her name.

“It lasted about 15 seconds," she said. "I yelled, ‘Get down! Get inside!’ and we all went into hiding.”

Within minutes of the gunfire, emergency personnel arrived at the scene, she said.

She said the gas station locked its doors and has not reopened.

The First Baptist Church is an unassuming, white structure with a red-hued door, with numerous flags in front, including an American flag and one for the Lone Star State. It’s on what appears to be a dusty road in a rural area.

I'm just listening to BBC Radio 4 news talking about an Iranian woman married to a British man who was on holiday in Iran, arrested and sentenced to five years jail. Foreign Minister Boris Johnson told a committee of the UK parliament that she was in Iran "to teach journalists" for which she was taken into court again and told her sentence was to be doubled. The news presenter and his intervuee, former Foreign minister Liam Fox, agreed that Johnson should call his Iranian colleague and tell him that he had misspoken in that committee and that Iran believe his lie that she was just on holiday.
