My problem is that it took very, very long to load a page if it loads it anyway and since some time I need to sign in what is impossible? :confused:

Haohanfw's military sections require registration and rank, and the ETC PLAAF ORBAT thread requires additional privileges on top of the registration + rank. The circled bit means "reading authority: 50".
