Great pics, I've noticed the G36 turning up in a lot of movies in the last few years, and the British Police are starting to use it in preference to the HK MP5. Rumoour has it the British army will soon be replacing the SA80s with G36s (exact model unknown) but I haven't heard anything definite yet. You might want to consider posting your pictures as thumbnails so that more can be accomodated per page and the page itself isn't slow to load.

Replacing an SMG with an Assault Rifle? Seems a tad dangerous in a large metropolitan area.

Not realy the preformence of the ammo is about the same the weight and cappasity are pretty close too besides Carbines ( not full assailt rifles) have a lot more availible addons and are built to offer better body armour penitration a must these days when first world nation criminals can get there hands on a vest pretty cheap. besides if there trained properly a Carbine is more accuret then a SMG. insidentaly i find that G36 with the M203 patterned GL intreaging what nation uses that? I was under the imprestion the G36 was fitted with it's own GL the AG36 which is also beng fitted to the SA80a2 and now is being looked in to for the M16A4 and M4A1 as a replacement for the M203.

But the SMG's ammo, while having a lack of peircing power, is not as likely to overpenetrate as a rifle round. And that can be dangerous if there is a crowd situation.

True however if fireing live ammo into a crowd is what your doing the situation is already beyond control besides there are a large number of bullets designed to break up in a target.
