Mobile base for SSNs but with sea especialy Pacific it is not a lake... and Subs get a low draft difficult to reload see pics, so better in a portsSheltered from the ocean, i don't think this job possible at sea with in addition few rooms for insert torpedoes and a special platform for Tomahawks, special and surely long for reloads 25 -50 weapons dépends SSNs classes.
Ofc i have look for magazines capacity very difficult logic but i guesstimate they have weapons for about 10 SSNs
