Nice video. I know the video is in Russian but is this aboard the ADM"K"? I ask because I do not see a jet blast deflector in use. I'm think the Indians do not have a Jet blast deflector. Thanks!

Video of 03/2015 can be only from Indian CV, first Russian Mig-29K training on the CV last summer.

At the actual deployment in the Mediterranean Sea the MiG-29 on Kuznetsov don't use jet blast deflectors. I have no idea about the reason, may be interference with the engines?

Need some help concerning the Liaoning's history: There was once a long report on how the Varyag was brought to China and esp. regarding the man, who bought that vessel. I think it was a 2 part story...

Sadly I cannot find it anymore ... can anyone please help me out.

This year she went out 3 or 4 times for training. She is definitely out at sea far more than Kutznetzov or Vikramaditya ever were. No hiccup, no accident good track record. It was slow at start but once she get the hang out of it she just keep on training
I understand Vikramaditya is now undergoing refit
