they say the pilot bailed out, was recovered, is OK (EDIT they even have said something like he's ready to fulfill new assignments ... I wonder if it's possible, to almost get killed one day and fly the next one??)

The pilot ejected and picked up by the rescue team, but no words on his condition. Hope he's ok.

Migs can be just flown in. She's far from homeport, but not so much from Russian soil.

Technically, even ones onboard aren't really. Neither Migs, nor regiment.
But after this deployment there will be no opportunity for several years.

It may, Ofc, be possible to cooperate with Indian Navy(on Vikramaditya), but I've never heard of such development yet.

Btw, rusty bucket of a carrier now is in action(starting this morning).
