There is definitely direct mention of the J-20. Siegecrossbow's translation is correct.

End of the year has nothing to do with the US. The Chinese believe that January first and January 11th are both auspicious days. They are most likely getting ready for something nice to happen on those days. What happens might be publicly view-able or it might not.
well, the post did mention J-20 but the picture itself didn't.

Hmmmm ???

If I'm not completely wrong, then there are reports about three more J-20s spotted (??) at CAC including 2018, 2019 and also a yellow (??) 2101 !

Not sure, but a discussion is here:

What I really would love to see is a J-10 factory fresh in its yellow primer similar to the many J-10s we know. ;) ... that would be a Christmas present !

Deino

Here's one last Christmas wish for you Bubba, I hope you get your zinc-chromate girl, you and I may be the two zinc-chromates on the forum, but I loved those J-15s in zinc, so I too would like to see the J-20 in bright yellow.

Lights out here in the USA, let er Rip Webby!

Today (on this side of the pacific) is Mao's birthday.

Interesting, didn't know that.

However, I don't think it's worth reading too much into the timing of the appearance of 2101, after all its presence was reported days ago, and it'll probably be a few days until it makes its first flight anyhow.
Simply seems like the traditional late Dec-early Jan rush for Chinese military developments.
