The house simply have to be strong enough to shield from weather element and be transparent to the operating frequency band of interest.

It's probably a big dish inside that can be pointed at different directions.

The interesting thing about this one is that they revealed Type 346A radar has a range of 350 KM (@0:46)- although they didn't say against how large of the target they achieve this result.
Another thing they revealed is the PJ-38 130mm naval gun (@1:16) which has a rate of fire of 40 round/minute with a range of 29.5 km.

The 350km range is cited as "sources speculate." Also it is not specific whether the 350km range is directed against airplanes, cruise missiles, or enemy ships. I would not be too sure for now.

Plus I though that the U.S. and Japanese SPY-1D has a range of 1,000km against air targets.

I think that 350km is just a reference range for the public. The true range of that radar is a secret. Every military in the world does that. They give a number for public consumption but only the insiders know the true capabilities of a weapons system.
