new Chinese electronic surveillance ship just launched.
It is learned that the design side is still in the ship group 708, Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding Group for the construction of 437 plants. This is the second of the series, the first system of the ship for Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding Group, a subsidiary of 424 plants.
Performance of the alleged manipulation of the ship more upgrade.

here is the first ship below:

The new elint ship is starting sea trial. It will probably be given the number 853. I wonder what happened to 852.

a couple of more photos of this ship. Not much going on here since the last set of photos. Should be starting sea trials soon.

Looks like second 815G class ship (modified 815 class) and it would be second in her class.

PLAN currently has two ELINT ships: The 851 Polaris and the 852 Uranus

The hull number of Uranus is actually 853.

852.jpg

The number 852 once belonged to Neptune, a Type 813 ELINT ship served in South Sea Fleet since 1980s. In October 2012, she was assigned to China Marine Surveillance and changed her number into 中国海监169, not sure if she's still serving in Coast Guard today.

BTY, she was said to be the flag ship confronted with USNS Impeccable back in 2009.

北调900 is also considered to be a ELINT ship.
