That dent might have come from a box swinging into it during an ocean re-supply. If there were high waves and high winds, a box that was being moved across on a zip line could have swung into the superstructure and dent the side.

13th task force, I think this is Malta and the A791 is a French ship

Now, THAT, is a very nice pic of Jiangkai II Huangshan, FFG-570, guided missile frigate. Very nice photo indeed.

seen to many models lets see the real thing!

but i guess the new Type 054B FFG will have slopped frontal, bit like MILGEM and Freedom Class to minimise cross section

a 32 cell VLS is plenty, but would be good if it has universal configuration, also the ability to deploy under water vehicles for mine clearing and UAV operations

and they can do away with the canister creating more room, basically what Type 054B should really be is multi-purpose in the true sense of the word
