What did trump mean by this?
Short answer: Trump's ego cannot accept that he lost 2020, as he is a "winner". If he lost at a game of rock-paper-scissors with a toddler he'd have the parents arrested and thrown in prison for cheating him.
Long answer: More Wars
Seriously think about it for a moment. Despite all the anger in America about the US-Iran War Trump and his allies have made $9 billion, possibly much more, through insider trading on the war. His approval ratings is at an all-time low, with the only supporters being the entirety of MAGA plus a rounding error.
Then you have the US spreading the conspiracy that China will wage war against Taiwan in 2027. No matter how much or little Trump gets battered in the mid-terms, he's still President. There is nothing stopping him from triggering a war with China under the delusion that "if Iran War make me rich, China War will make me richest". considering he attacked Iran purely through the powers of the presidency, under the delusion that kidnapping Nicolas Maduro of Venezuela meant all military actions would be a cakewalk.
It doesn't have to be a kinetic conflict either. His Trade War massively enriched his donors and family through insider trading among many other methods. Simply saying "there will be war" will make him incredibly rich, case and point: Don Jr. steers government contracts to anyone who gives him a controlling stake in their company (specifically to his fund 1789 Capital), even if they don't actually do anything.

If China is proved to actually had that ability, Trump would jump on plane to Beijing right now and grab the VVVVIP subscription without hesitation.
If elections are so rigged against Republicans how do they hold the Presidency, House and Senate? Which has also led them to having an ideological majority on the Supreme Court...
You fail to understand that it’s only rigged when they lose.
Which is how a Republican on the same voting sheet and wins, won fairly, but the Democrat that ran cheated....
