Arent those gears to small for ground landing? Seems to be wheels to keep it upright on ground.

I do like the idea of a gev and flying boat thoufh
It is obviously retractable gear, does not make sense if it is only for stationary support, because you need extra weight and space for the gear (detachable wheel bracket will be more suitable and more common for such use).

Edit: The image is not horizontal, if you rotate it a bit it looks much easier to take off and land with gear.

They may be just for towing on ground. Those rear gears look so high up that landing on those would hit the tail on the ground when the aircraft pitches up.

It is probably minimal for testing. In production, its more likely to be attached. See the "* Mars" craft for a reference on that. These would be attached when on the ramp and if they needed towed from the water.

WIG craft general have wheels in order for them to be pulled out of water for maintenance or to be kept in a hangar to shield against the weather. In general operations they land and take off from the water instead of from runway.

WIG craft is neither an amphibious aircraft nor a flying boat. WIG craft is classified as maritime vehicles and their certification is based on their classification thus without air worthiness certificate, they are unlikely to be allowed for taking off/landing from airfield.
