What is this one any other images?
A heavy equipment transporter, it's in the same class as the PLA's Taian TA4410 I think it took over from the older SX4400 and might be competing with Taian to replace the TA4410 and TA4360 like they did in the past with the SX4240 and SX4323 models.

Special training for the soldiers.

Clearly influenced by Jiaolong and the use of electric scooters in the Russo-Ukrainian war.

By the way, at least before 2023, some PLA SOF units had already proactively used Surron electric off-road motorcycles for maneuvering during exercises. This wasn't a sudden inspiration; they had already done it when they were still wearing Type 07 camouflage and using gasoline motorcycles.

Or maybe a cheap way to move Light CABs to all 155mm arty?

I can't see any combined arms brigade tube artillery moving to 155mm calibre from 122mm, and if they were interested in converting I can't see why they'd start with light CABs.

However this might be a more compact and air mobile version for say, the airborne, to enable tactical airlifters like Y-9 to carry them more adequately.

Not a good idea. 155mm has a smaller magazine capacity and puts more strain on the loader. Compared to the 122mm, 155mmL39 only increases the weight of the projectile without increasing the range.

It is simply an outdated barrel length. Unless your army really need to fire very heavy projectiles but cannot afford the PCL-181, you won't need to choose it.
