US 10 year yield went up 10 bp in 24 hours, last time this happened Trump TACOed out of the trade war.
Unfortunately for him this war is out of his control, and if Iran sense they have a shot at actually dismantling the US empire itself, they won't stop until it's done.

Israeli military issues new 'evacuation order' for Beirut’s southern suburbs​

In a post on X a short while ago, the IDF’s Arabic-language spokesperson, Avichay Adraee, called on residents of Beirut’s southern suburbs to “evacuate immediately”, saying the Israeli military will target what it described as infrastructure belonging to Hezbollah.

He specified that the neighbourhoods of Haret Hreik, Ghobeiry, Laylaki, Hadath, Burj al-Barajneh, Tahwitat al-Ghadir and Chiyah are under threat of attack.

Israel has repeatedly launched deadly strikes on Beirut’s densely populated southern suburbs since its renewed offensive of Lebanon that began on 2 March – killing over 1,000 people, including at least 118 children, wounding over 2,500 others, and displacing over a million.

NATO was invoked for Afghanistan, the same principle would apply here for iran, effectivelt an invasion for the US’ sake

If this is the start of a Vietnam era like conflict, there could well be a draft, currently the U.S. doesn’t have the manpower to sustain the war of attrition against Iran, they could well use their Epstein class kompromat to force NATO allies to similarly send troops into Iran.

article 5 was invoked back at that time because Adghanistan launched an attack on US mainland (911, Taliban hosted AlQaeda). regardless whether 911 was really done by Afghanistan or it was some sort of a Mossad/CIA false flag.

in order to invoke article 5 the US has to do a false flag attack and claim Iran did it.

furthermore the entire boogeyman of article 5 is due to fear of US involvement. countries don't want to attack any NATO member because they are afraid it would draw the US to attack them.
no one gives a sh*t if Estonia or France get's drawn in. it is the US countries are afraid off, not Estonia.

as Trump has said. NATO is paper tiger without the US.
