I would not dispute the article if its claim is that interest in sending kids to the US to study has gone down 90%. But the article is not limiting its claim to the US, claiming that inquiries to emigration consultants generally has gone down 90%, and my personal experience is while the US has been replaced by other countries, interest from rich boiges in having their kids go abroad for high school/college remains strong.This is about US colleges.
