This text is just a joke making fun of jingoistic military hype. The hashtag "#积雪狼山的蚕#" is actually a mashup of IDs from famous Chinese influencers that are notorious for talking nonsense and posting hype-train content.

"狼山" refers to "瀚海狼山"
"蚕" refers to "听风的蚕"
(I don't really know who "积雪" is supposed to be.)
