Anyone got a good estimate of the specs of J15, how capable is the newest variants being produced? Worse or better than J16? What engine does it use?

What about doing some basic research on your own before - sorry in case I sound rude - you ask silly questions, that You could easily answer alone for yourself by checking the WWW?

B/c all of us here knows exact same - general descriptions(which you can kindly ask AI for) and common data on flankers overall.
If you've asked for something more specific - there's a way to answer that, but you didn't.

J-15 vanilla is older and corresponds to J-11B rather than J-16. J-15T is newer, and it is equipped beyond J-16.
Both J-15 and J-16 likely fly worse than vanilla flanker airframe (J-11B). Broad question, broad answer. For last couple of years, this is what chatgpt/deepseek is for.

Please keep in mind that this forum has rules, and everyone is expected to follow them, including showing respect to the MODs. Asking questions is not a problem, but repeatedly asking low-effort or silly questions is. There is also a dedicated “Ask Anything” thread on this forum where such questions can be posted instead of disrupting technical discussions.
