Well that would be the first time that a country known for extreme incompetence has to maintain a stealth fighter, basically like giving a Lamborghini to a 16 year old MacDonald's fry boy. Bingo card for issues that might come up:
Engine fails to due lack of overhaul
Accidentally ejects
Cockpit wan't locked during take-off
RAM errodes from lack of maintenance
RAM flakes off from exceeding speed limit
Fires missile without opening bay (assuming they even sell them the variant with bays)
Forgot Luneberg lens, collides with civilian air traffic
Fails to refuel by Boom System, crashes into ocean
Accidentally uploads virus during software maintenance, bricks aircraft
Mechanism jam from salt crystal buildup
Collides with goat/monkey/personel on runway
Helmet disorientation, vomits pagpag into oxygen line
Bird makes nest in engine intake
Coconut fall damages airframe/cockpit

What SK sell to Manila is KF-21 block 10 its 4,5 gen fighter it has not Internal weapons bay

there are plan 2 variants one is normal fighter without weapon bay (block 10 and 20) and one is with weapon bay they plan to sell 2 type variant of KF-21

Indonesia, Malaysia and Philipines is end user of T/A 50 and F/A 50 . Even Indonesia disspointed with joint corporation to build license of SK subs they stopped in 3 project because SK give nothing to Indonesian engineesr that something cll ToT uniquely it repeated again in KF-21 joint between Indonesia and SK even oine Indonesia engineer get suspicious cause they say Indonesian engineer is leaked top secret information
There is always a risk of loss of "secret sauce" once your product hits the export market.
You would hope that at the state level (ie. Ministry of Defence) there will be some institutional framework that stops that but hey, corruption exist everywhere and even more so in those 3 countries you named.
Case in point ...
Nope, they were caught with an unregistered memory device while at security checkpoint. It contained design files of KF-21.
The contents of those files were within the clearance levels of the Indonesian engineers, however. This was assessed after the result of the investigation, thus the case was closed without any consequences.
