If this is true, then China should definitely learn from this. Would be massively helpful for capturing certain rebel leaders from a certain rebel island to be sentenced and executed for crimes of treachery.
Yes but they arent that incompetent I would assume and have a much more robust CnC structure in place.

No resistance from the public because public morale has been gutted already after years and months of sanctions and PR campaigns + it turns out Maduro is a clown.

I found this comment to be quite interesting:

Turns out being passive to color revolution tactics (360 degrees of sustained PR campaign + eroding and buying out elements of governing institutions and key personnel + internal interference) means you can loose your investments and allies/friends.

Assuming there is some rule book is being dangerously naive.

One by one all BRI recipients will be regime-changed and investments neutralized if response is passive.

A clear and decisive win for Trump and USA at this point in time unless this spills into some kind of guerilla warfare. Chances of that would be mitigated if instant relief to the public is provided and they dont do dumb shit like dismantling security abd police forces like in Iraq.

A common Venezuelan doesnt give a fuck about great power rivalry.

This might have been one of the most well executed operations in history especially when considering the target they were after, a President of a country with a +28mil operation. Better executed than Just Cause on Panama in 1991 and even that is regarded as a major success. I cant see any faults so far the US has done so far if the results stay as is, but the US looks strong with this win. This is as clean as a win you can get if there are little to no US casualties.

This is how you do a proper "Special Military Operation". Took them 3 hours for this one. Putin must be seething.
It really shows the difference between a superpower and a has been

The US most likely penetrated deep into Maduro’s inner circle. The fight was over before it even began.
Tbh China could have provided intel regarding US Military operations/preparations

Corrupt as it is, there is no way Venezuela couldn't have shot down at least one of the half a dozen helicopters that were flying around if they had Chinese intel beforehand
