A lonely caller in the US desert? ;)

As I have said for a long time, even if the USA still may have an advantage, it's rapidly fading and clinging to the idea "it has always been this way & will remain so without doing anything" is dangerous for all US pilots even more so potentially right on China's doorstep.

Just some questioning on this former USAF personnel's statement:

"...The Chinese, on the other hand, are fielding 120 J-20s every year, and another 170 fourth plus generation fighters every year, while we are fielding, as an Air Force, less than 60 total..."

I wonder where he got that figure for China's 4.5th-gen fighters?

Though, I won't question much on the J-20/A/S' production figures. Plus, there's also the J-35/A that are getting more units added into the PLA's fighter fleets in the coming years.

Just taking a look at the article title:

Navy Cancels Constellation-class Frigate Program, Considering New Small Surface Combatants

Wait, I thought you guys already have the Freedom and Independence-class LCS? Your shipyards are only building them just to keep your shipyard workers busy and paid lmfao...

On the other hand - Perhaps your ideal "small surface combatants" are just right across the lake?

Maybe Trump should just pick up the phone and call a certain some guy at Zhongnanhai.
