I know, @angadow has always to be taken with a spoon of salt, but is there something on it? Even more does he want to say "The UAE has signed a letter of intent to purchase a medium-sized stealth aircraft, and theoretically, it has no interest in the Su-75." ... so the only other option would be the KF-21 (IMO unlikely) or the J-35E (with now the L-15 flying and a TA-20 soon to be manufactured in the UAE??)??

Why would the KF-21 be unlikely? They have bought South Korean arms before, and can probably wait for the later true stealth variants since they don't have any immediate security threats. Would prob call it a 50/50.

Indeed, so maybe not "unlikely" but "less likely" since IMO the UAE wan't a full stealth aircraft; so maybe they will wait for the KF-21 Block II?

Remember that the US gave the UAE an ultimatum.

Choose the F-35 or Huawei.

And the UAE chose Huawei.

No offense, but the F-35 issue is because of US policy towards the middle east for the sake of Israel's superiority and advantage in the region, and they won't sell the plan for UAE to gain the experience and make the precedent to selling F-35 to the middle east which will open the way for multiple states from the gulf to own it later. And the F-35 is one of the most valuable cards (carrots) that the US uses, so it's hard to give away that carrot finally and loses it's bargaining power.

Huawei is a great company and I'm a big fan, but they're not at the center of this issue.
