B/c I saw indians couldn't even establish meteor presence within country. Only that single Rafale testing photo, still from France.

Yep, that's the problem.
For all french noises, MICA in terms of specs is 1990s weapon, even somewhat shorter ranged than RVV-AE.
Which is acceptable for low altitude ops, but against modern MRAAMs range disparity is hopeless.

I'm not sure how legit this is but all the comments are already joking about how they can just hammer the base with artillery in the event they try to deploy.
So that begs the question, they know that the PLA can target every individual hangar down to the centimeter with rockets ans artillery guns, so why would they be doing this.
