GJ-21 is evidently still in testing, latest pic still showed air data probe.
... however "last picture" was / is most likely an old one only released yet.
Checked several major hotels around it and all showed that reservations were not available.
It's real deal.
Iirc, big shots are supposed to attend Fujian's commissioning right? Would even Chad Xi be there as i think it was hinted some time ago? Also, i don't think i was much around Shandong's induction back in the day, but did they showed flight operations footage when she was commissioned? Just hoping for some new flight operations videos from Fujian.
He will definitely be there, there is no doubt about that. National Games opening ceremony will also be held in Guangzhou on the 9th, so he had to come to the south anyway.
I feel like commissioning was arranged to coincide with the National Games, so he could do both in one trip.

IMO it will be most likely the 5th November since on Wednesday I‘m out for the whole day for a training measure!
