I believe this NVG is made by the company called Argus or "阿尔戈斯". This company also makes PVS-31 clone.Panoramic NVGs (in flat dark earth) on a PLAAF Airborne paratrooper.

It's not design for PLA, but for international commercial market. And I do not think PLA can afford such expensive equipment ($18,000 include thermal sight and laser rangefinder) for soldiers. However, it's still a incredible product.

Perhaps the 95-1 is "full-length rifle but carbine size" and 192 is "carbine that allows some necessary furniture"? Such priority outfit would've done their 191/192 conversation training a few years back already, so for them to keep 95-1 around for a bit is most likely because the platform has some advantage(s) in some niche role(s)?That guy with the original 95 must really like the rifle if most of the rest of the display are running 192s.
