Louis Vincent Gave said something interesting in that video linked above.
He is bullish on energy, something I do not like, and he said that if oil gets to around $85 bucks, then the gold rally could be over, at least for now.
His idea is that if anything bad happens, then the Fed will provide liquidity like always, unless they face policy constraints, which could be a high price of oil which is inflationary, which means it would be difficult to add liquidity in an inflationary environment. Since stocks and crypto and gold kind of move together nowadays, that is very interesting.
So we keep on eye on the oil market.
Didn't someone post in another thread that the Americans were moving bombers and tankers to the Middle East like how they did before when they bombed Iran?
