Is it really surplus "labor" if the average productivity of 5 Indians is equal to the average productivity of 1 Chinese person or 2-3 average people outside of India as a whole? I would more correctly characterize it as a surplus of mouths to feed primarily.

The only thing that will wipe the arrogance off the US leadership is for the BRICS to get serious about not using the USD for trade and creating their own version of SWIFT. They need to be serious about it together, not just China and Russia.
