Daytime attacks cause more casualties since people are working on the buildings. They also show that Israeli claims of air supremacy over Iran, and collapse of their rocket forces, at this time are overblown.

I could call it "needle in a haystack strategy", they know that Israel missile defense has degraded, they don't require large number of missiles to hit, they don't launch the same missiles numbers every time, they attack timely erratic, they do it geographically sparsely over a large area and that way Israeli jets would have hard time finding they launchers and the conserve ammo to fight the US.

Guess Iran was partially holding their capability back, and is not Israel completely demolishing their TELs.

I am sure the TELs are fairly cheap compared with the missiles. Plus the trucks that pull them are just average civilian trucks.
