Libyan-Iraq hybrid treatment. They dont care if country goes to shits, if regime is de-fanged, there is civil war etc. They can achieve it with just a big no fly zone. No need for boots on the ground.

The lobby PR will ensure MAGA buys in and there is minimal political blowback for its greatest asset.

All those hoping for something else, thats pure hopium, same level of that was seen Gaza, Lebanon, wake up and smell the reality. Some have still not woken up. Until there is focus on education, science, economy, hopium will remain hopium.

Mistake was not firing the loaded gun, which was the deterrence. Instead having the bullets being rendered useless one by one. Hesitated, blinked, baited into talks. Another mistake was wasting political capital on non-issues like woman rights etc internally, pre-rigging and rigging elections, weakening internal cohesion.

They will still hesitate to fire the remaining load, because thats the nature of the leadership and the captain and the ship will go down with that load while US moves pieces into place over the next few days and fires off.


This or they capitulate, third way could be orange man doing the usual big bluff to raise pressure before the talks. Usually hasnt work practically anywhere so far in trade talks apart from the biggest vassal.

Lessons for others.

Its not a symetrical war and Iranisnt fighting symetrically, if Israel is winning they wouldnt be begging US to step in.

Even if Irans AD is largely intact, did they even possess anything in the first place that would actually prove effective? Apart from a handful of S-300 batteries, what other modern systems do they even have? They are still using Hawks ffs.
