Do we have examples of large munitions hitting a refinery in Russia Ukraine? Not stuff like FPVs and other small munitions. Also how large is this refinery versus those affected in Russia in terms of size?

It could be Iran conducting nuclear tests, Israel doesn't have the means to damage Fordow because of how deep its facilities are underground
Edit: Thinking about this more, 2.5 Richter is too weak for a nuclear test so it's probably Israel bombing the above ground facilities
